Location: Lot located on what is now known as Cortland Street. At this time it was a proposed street, which John Nealy agreed to cut through his land.

Description: "beginning at a point distant 450 ft. from the southerly line of the public road that divides Livingston and Caldwell Townships (Harrison Ave.-LAR.) and at the southeasterly corner of John Nealy's house lot of land and in the line of the new road which the said John Nealy herby covenants and agrees to open upon and through his own land and at his expense to be 40 ft. wide, and from thence running south 100 ft. to a stake for a corner and from thence west 110 ft. to the line of lands of the said Jacob Sigler and from thence running north along the line of said Jacob Sigler and John Sigler's land 106 ft. and 9 inches to the line of land of John Nealy and from thence along said John Nealys line of land 110 ft. to place of beginning."
