This section continues with the construction of the framework of the Packerton building:
This image shows the vertical columns (in
blue) with the second section for the second floor added, increasing the height.
This view shows the 10” X 8” beams (light green)
that will support the brick walls of the clerestory.
Across the central columns at the top of the structure are
the triangular supports (turquoise) for the roof above the clerestory.
This image shows the ceiling support rails for the first floor in place.This image shows in better detail the first
floor ceiling support rails (light blue). These supports were spaced 72” apart.

Across the triangular upper supports are placed
the ceiling support rails for the clerestory roof arches.
